With a variety of top of the range cardiovascular machines for you to use, you can be sure of a varied and effective workout.

  • Treadmills: Fitness Runners with incline options and heart rate sensors to track your progress.

  • Bikes: Bodyguard fitness recumbent and incline Bicycles with heart rate sensors, changeable display and Programmes for all fitness levels.

  • Step Machines: Bodyguard fitness Steppers with the same changeable display as the bikes, complete with heart rate sensors and Programmes that include climbing the Eiffel Tower to climbing the CN Tower!

  • X-Trainers: Schwinn Fitness elliptical trainers with forward/backward motion, and optional grips to allow for an additional upper body workout.

PERSONAL TRAINING

With every session varied and tailored to your individual needs, your trainer will ensure that you get the maximum results in the minimum time possible.

BOXING

With elements of both cardiovascular fitness and resistance training, Boxing is a fun and fantastic way to get into shape. And after a hard day, it's also a brilliant way to de-stress and lift your mood! What's more, everyone can do it!

Sessions are 30 minutes in length, and are designed to teach you basic boxing skills and techniques on a one-to-one basis. Childrens sessions are also available. For further details please contact us via our contacts page.
