CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

All-In-One Fitness this 1 hour workout focuses on all aspects of fitness. From Cardio, to resistance, to core training, this class ticks all the boxes!

 

Indoor Cycling - “Ride the Calorie Burner” on our fantastic top-of-the-range NXT Spinners. Suitable for all levels, this studio cycling class will take you through a variety of terrains, all set to motivating music! 45 minute class for those of you wanting more of a challenge now on a Monday evening! 

LBT - The famous "Legs, Bums and Tums" workout!

 

Abs Blast - a 30 minute structured class targeting abdominal muscles, core stability and lower back strengthening.  Appropriate for all levels.

 

Running Club Wear bright coloured clothes! 2 different local groups runs for varied fitness levels with Marathon Andy! This class is perfect for anyone who would like to improve their running fitness.

 

Total Body Workout A 60 minute workout incorporating Aerobic, Resistance and Core exercises to give a ‘total body workout’!  

 

Body Resistance- Sculpt and tone every area of your body! High reps at low resistance will ensure you get fantastic results from this 45 minute class!

 

Spin & Sculpt 30 minutes of indoor cycling followed by some general toning work. Suitable for all levels.

 

20:20:20 The perfect class! 20 mins of cardiovascular training followed by 20 minutes of resistance training, finishing off with 20 mins of relaxation/mat based exercise. A must for everyone!  

 

  

**School of Dance:        Dance class for children. £3 per class. No term/joining fees. Contact us for further details.

 

Individual Boxing Tuition- Half hour sessions charged at £10 available with David. All sessions must be booked and are subject to a cancellation charge.

 

Individual Foam Roller Sessions- Half hour sessions available with Kelly for £10. All sessions must be booked and are subject to a cancellation charge.

Personal Training Sessions- 60 minute sessions for £25. Maximise your goals in the minimum amount of time! Discounts available for block bookings. Contact us for further details. All sessions must be booked and are subject to a cancellation charge.
